Go go Gadget Planner

I have been watching Inspector Gadget cartoons since they were added to Netflix Instant View! So excited! I freaking love this show!

The last of the two shows opens tonight. I am very pleased with my work on this show. There have been a couple of snags in process but it looks really great. After the show opens the two will run in rep. I am so hands off now! I was planning a relaxing month of July spend lazing around and packing boxes. That is not going to be the case. With these two comissions I will now be pretty busy! But Busy = Money!

It's 12 days until my mom comes to help pack and move. 17 days until both my costume gigs are finished. It's 23 days until our final New Orleans trip and my sister comes to visit.

Gonna get really busy!

I have signed on for 2 freelance jobs. The first is for a local friend who is in a production of Oklahoma at a local community theatre. The theatre doesn't provide costumes so each of the actors has to supply their own. I am building a dress for her. We are buying a pattern and altering it slightly. This one very soon. I am aiming to get it finished by the end of the weekend.

The other job is for a local high school mascot costume. USM's scene shop supervisor build them a fiberglass head and I am building the uniform to go with it. He is a big Rebel Man. I have asked Chrystle to be my assistant on this project. I am going to need lots of help! The Rebel Man needs to be ready to go July 22nd. I am heading out of town that weekend so I am aiming for July 21st!

I am feeling a bit overwhelmed right now! I feel the need to get a planner and get hyper organized!

Meltdown

I had a minor meltdown today about where we are moving, jobs, and lack of funds.
I am so worried about all of these issues. I just feel lost. I am secure in what I want to do and who I want to do it with, now I just with someone would give me a job and a direction!

Good Morning Blogger!

This post is to try and show my new commitment to keeping up with this blog, so that in turn you call can keep up with me!

Today we are working a half day! Or at least that is the hope. We have a our final fittings for the last show of the summer season! Ahh. It's all coming to an end!

Blurb... that's what we shall call these tiny updates that are more like overgrown facebook stati(statusi, statuses).
