UGH

As a small child I was diagnosed with ADD. Of course my teacher mother never wanted me on the meds. So we used many other methods to help with my ADD. I think my procrastination is directly connected with the ADD. Or perhaps it was never ADD after all, just a child with really bad procrastination habits!
So here are some of my "Issues":

I have a hard time working(on homework) during daylight.- I think this stems from sports in school. I rarely remember a night that we weren't at a game or practice or with my mother at the school. So darkness is needed to get my work done.

I cannot work on a messy surface- no here's where it gets tricky. My messy and other people's messy are different! I just want it organized, it can still be cluttered. If I can distract myself with cleaning... I will! Even though I HATE cleaning!

I must listen to music, but I will not wear headphones or to one artist on a CD. I NEED radio that I can pick and choose. Thank you Pandora!!!

If I know a project is due on a certain day. I will start at the last possible minute. If I know the project will take me two days... you better believe I start two days before it is due! I am HORRIBLE!

I am an obsessive list writer. So instead of doing the work at hand, I will write a list of work for tomorrow.

Some days I really think I need a personal assistant, why don't you get one of those for grad school?

School Smchool

Oh man Its the end of the second week of school and I am EXHAUSTED!
Chris and I have both been super busy.
We also havent recieved our refunds yet! So we are existing on Roman Noodles and Dollar Menu's. Our pay schedule as student workers doesnt have a pay day until the end of the first week of Feb. So we are really hoping that we make rent.

We are hoping to have a few visiters this semester. My mom and Aunt are coming down the third week in Feb. My dad and his wife are still deciding if they are going to be able to come down or not. Chris' parents have also mentioned wanting to make a trip.

Today is a lazy day for sure. Its overcast and terribly cold, again! So we are keeping warm and trying to get some rest. We both have very busy schedules next week.

We're Married!

Well, Its official.
We did the deed... we got married!

Our paperwork has all come back, and I am in the process of changing my last name!

And for those who keep asking when we will have children, Do i need to remind you that we currently live on student pay, in the state with the highest infant death rate in the nation. Not to mention that we are both way too selfish for a child! We are almost too selfish for our dog!
So stop asking!

Thank you to everyone who came to share our day with us. We sent out a batch of Thank Yous today and intend to send the rest out in the next week!

This semester's "plan":
I am TAing Makeup again
We(chris and i) are taking a class together!!!
I am designing costumes for Noises Off
Chris is designing lights for a Shakespeare Medley
We will be attendants in the wedding of Greg and Lauren in March.
We also hope in March to Vaca to Arkansas
We are still not sure what the summer will bring, but as soon as we know, You all will know!

Happy New Year to you all!
